due to Battery discharge
Root cause:
Battery not charging due to more stops
& self starts usage & frequent brake applications. Battery capacity
inadequate to meet customer usage.
Action: Battery capacity changed from 3Ah
to 4Ah battery.
Cut off frame no & Effective date:
MD625HF13K1H00631 (01.08.2019)
Service advice:
1.
if any vehicle reports for
starting trouble complaint due to battery discharge, 3Ah battery can be
replaced with 4Ah battery along with clamp battery
2.
Interchangeability not
affected.
3.
There is change in part no. Old
part number — (3Ah Battery - P7160090 , Clamp battery - ND160380) New part
number — (4Ah Battery — K6160340 , Clamp battery - ND120860)
4.
No recall refit necessary.
